Description
- Create a positive customer experience with exceptional communication skills and follow-up via telephone, email, etc.
- Identify customer needs, and help them select the correct parts for their eqpt
- Provide advice and guidance on parts compatibility and function
- Issue quotes as necessary, follow-up on quotes, etc.
- Become proficient with business systems and tools such as ERP, drawing viewers, databases, UPS world ship, printers, scanners, etc.
- Process customer purchase orders, and be diligent with promise dates
- Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally as needed with Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering and Shipping.
- Work closely with field service technicians and dealer reps to ensure that they have the needed parts for scheduled customer visits.
- Make proactive parts sale contact with customers and dealers.
- Other duties as assigned by MGMT.
